The time has come again, where people dress up as witch, devil, pirates basically anything that is scary. Children goes around houses trick-or-treating while dressing as cute little devil and people handing out candies to them. Places decorated with carved pumpkins, orange color, scary ornaments and the whole celebrate Halloween.

But what is Halloween exactly? What is Christian view on this event? Is it simply an occasion for kids with no meaning behind it? Or is it more than that? How does Halloween get connected with witches, devils, ghosts, etc? Does this mean we Christians are not allowed to celebrate Halloween?
